Deploy AI ethics training across your campus.
EduEthics.ai is built for institutional deployment. Not a consumer course someone stumbled into. Every feature — from branded student experiences to administrator dashboards to SCORM and LTI integration — is designed around how colleges actually purchase and roll out training.
How deployment works
Onboarding takes about a week. You provide your institution name, logo, preferred passing score, and any instructor welcome videos. We configure a branded subdomain (for example, yourschool.edupolicy.ai) with your institution's identity applied across all eight modules. Students access it through that subdomain, through your Canvas or Moodle instance via SCORM, or through LTI 1.3 launch from your LMS gradebook.
Integration options
Hosted (primary). Students go to your branded subdomain, register with their school email, and work through the course. Their progress, scores, and certificates live in our database with per-institution isolation. Your designated administrator gets dashboard access showing roster, completion rates, at-risk students, and downloadable grade reports.
SCORM 1.2 packages. Download packaged versions of each module, upload to Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or any SCORM-compliant LMS. Grades report back to the LMS gradebook. Useful when institutional policy requires content to live inside your LMS.
LTI 1.3. The modern integration path. Launch any module from your LMS, students auto-register based on their LMS identity, grades passback to your gradebook via the AGS (Assignment and Grade Services) endpoint. Fully compliant with IMS Global standards.
What administrators see
Each institution gets a dedicated dashboard accessible only to your designated administrator. It shows enrollment counts by module, completion rates, average scores, which students are at risk (inactive for 7+ days or multiple failed assessment attempts), and a full CSV export of student grades and certificates.
Bulk enrollment is done via Excel or CSV upload. Paste a list of students, or drag a spreadsheet with first name, last name, email, student ID, and section. The system validates, previews, and enrolls in one step. Enrollment events log to the audit trail so you always know who added whom.
Data security and compliance
All data encrypted at rest and in transit. Hosted on Neon Postgres in US datacenters. Clerk handles authentication with optional SAML/SSO integration for institutional identity providers. Per-institution data isolation — your data cannot be accessed by or exposed to other institutions on the platform. Full audit trail on every data access event. FERPA-compliant architecture with a Data Processing Agreement template available during procurement.
Geoblocking is active. The platform is currently restricted to United States and Canada only. All traffic from other regions is blocked at the edge. This is a security posture, not a limitation — we chose it to reduce attack surface and keep the platform responsive for the institutions that actually use it.
Getting started
The fastest path is a 30-minute call. Bring your CIO or instructional design lead if you want to discuss integration specifics. Bring your procurement contact if you want to skip straight to contracting. Either way, we can have a branded subdomain live for you within five business days of signing.
